About Icing Bliss
Fiona Pearce began cake decorating as a hobby in 2009 when she moved to London from Sydney. After receiving formal training in sugarcraft at Brooklands College in 2010, she started competing in international cake competitions and teaching different decorating techniques under the moniker “Icing Bliss”.
Fiona’s passion lies in creating pretty small bakes, especially cookies and cupcakes, and over the years, her work has been featured in magazines and on TV, and she has written and contributed to a number of cake decorating books.
After returning to Australia in 2021, Fiona wanted to share her love of cake decorating with her new local community in the beautiful Southern Highlands. Opening the Icing Bliss studio in October 2022 is her dream realised and she hopes that it will bring people together to learn new skills and make beautiful creations that they can enjoy with their friends and family.
